VibeCodie Terms of Use
Effective: 1 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of VibeCodie and are an agreement between you and Atmos Lab Pty Ltd.
VibeCodie is in development and is not currently offered for public download. Product descriptions and these terms do not promise a release date, final feature set, supported region or price.
App Store licence
When VibeCodie is distributed through the App Store, the licence supplied with the App Store listing applies. Unless a custom end-user licence is expressly provided there, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. These terms supplement that licence and do not replace any non-excludable consumer rights.
VibeCodie is licensed, not sold. You may use it only on devices and accounts you own or control, subject to the applicable App Store usage rules and the law.
Using VibeCodie
You may use VibeCodie only for lawful development work that you are authorised to perform. You are responsible for your devices, coding-agent account, projects, commands, approvals and the consequences of each decision.
VibeCodie presents information to support human judgment. It does not guarantee that a command is safe, correct or suitable. Read the complete command, working directory and requested scope before deciding.
You must not bypass authentication or security controls, interfere with the service, probe another person's devices or accounts, distribute malicious code, infringe rights, or use VibeCodie to authorise work you are not permitted to perform.
Accounts, devices and external services
VibeCodie depends on compatible Apple devices, operating-system services, an iCloud account when cloud-backed features are enabled, network availability and a supported coding-agent service on your Mac. Those services are provided under their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
Keep your devices and accounts secure. Notify us promptly if you believe a pairing or decision has been compromised, and revoke affected access through available device, account or app controls.
Notifications and availability
Notifications, background delivery, CloudKit synchronization and device connectivity are best-effort platform services. They may be delayed, grouped, suppressed or unavailable. VibeCodie does not promise that every request will arrive immediately or that your coding agent will continue without interruption.
Do not rely on VibeCodie as the only control or monitoring method for safety-critical, emergency, medical, financial, infrastructure or other high-risk work.
Intellectual property and feedback
VibeCodie, its visual identity, interface and related materials are owned by or licensed to Atmos Lab Pty Ltd and are protected by applicable law. The licence does not transfer ownership of VibeCodie or grant rights beyond those expressly provided.
You retain rights in your code and content. If you voluntarily send feedback, you grant Atmos Lab a worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to evaluate and improve our products, without requiring us to implement it. Send only material you have the right to share.
Privacy
The VibeCodie Privacy Policy explains the app’s data handling. Privacy consent is not bundled into these terms.
Updates, suspension and termination
We may update VibeCodie to improve compatibility, security or functionality. Some changes may require a newer operating system or service version.
You may stop using VibeCodie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, material breach, security risk, service discontinuation or legal requirements. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Warranties, liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
To the extent permitted by law, VibeCodie and related services are provided on an as-available basis. Atmos Lab does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, compatibility with every coding-agent version or that all errors will be corrected.
To the extent permitted by law, Atmos Lab is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, were not caused by our breach, or arise from a command or approval you chose after the relevant information was presented to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the applicable laws of Australia. Its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Mandatory consumer laws where you live may give you additional rights, remedies or access to local courts. These terms do not remove them.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when VibeCodie or applicable requirements change. Updated terms apply from their stated effective date and do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.
