Website Privacy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This policy explains how Atmos Lab Pty Ltd handles information in connection with this website. It applies only to this website and does not govern any Atmos Lab software.
Our approach
This website is designed to work without user accounts, contact forms, payments, advertising, or cross-site tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics / real user monitoring (RUM) to measure page views and website performance without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and device storage
We do not use cookies.
We do not use localStorage or similar persistent browser storage to remember your language, theme, motion, or opening-sequence preferences between visits.
The website may keep temporary interface state in memory while a page is open and may respond to settings provided by your browser or operating system. We do not use those settings to identify or profile you.
Technical delivery information
When you request a page, the infrastructure used to host, secure, and deliver this website may automatically process limited technical information. This may include an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, request time, error information, and security events.
Delivery information is used to deliver the website, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems. Separately, Cloudflare RUM processes aggregate page-view and performance measurements. Neither is used for advertising or behavioural profiling.
Email communications
This website does not collect personal information through forms.
If you email hello@atmoslab.com.au, we receive the email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, consider feedback, manage a partnership discussion, and keep appropriate business records.
Please do not send information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting, security, and email providers may process limited technical information or messages on our behalf. Their infrastructure may operate in more than one country, including outside Australia.
We limit access to what is needed for the service and use appropriate contractual or other safeguards where required by applicable law.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or safety of Atmos Lab, our users, or others.
Retention
We do not create visitor profiles. Cloudflare processes aggregate page-view and performance measurements for Web Analytics / RUM.
Technical logs may be retained by hosting or security providers for the time reasonably needed to operate, secure, and diagnose the service or meet legal obligations.
Email correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to address the enquiry and maintain appropriate business or legal records.
Legal basis
Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis, limited technical processing is carried out for our legitimate interests in operating, measuring the performance of, and securing this website, subject to the rights and interests of visitors.
We process information you send by email to respond to your request and manage the relationship you choose to begin with us.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to ask whether we hold personal information about you and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection.
Because this website does not maintain accounts, analytics profiles, or persistent visitor identifiers, we may not always be able to connect a particular website visit with an individual.
To make a request or raise a privacy concern, email hello@atmoslab.com.au. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Where applicable, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the data protection authority in the country or region where you live.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or our information-handling practices change. The latest version and revision date will remain available on this page.
